Terms of Service

By accessing or using Atlas One, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration. Atlas One reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, contain fraudulent information, or remain inactive for more than 24 months.

Atlas One facilitates bookings between you and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, experience operators). When you complete a booking, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the provider. Prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed securely through our payment partner, Stripe. Trip Cash balances are non-transferable and expire 12 months after last account activity.

Cancellation policies are set by individual service providers and displayed during the booking process. Free cancellation bookings may be cancelled without charge up to the stated deadline. Non-refundable bookings are clearly marked at checkout. Refunds, when applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Atlas One service fees are non-refundable except in cases of confirmed provider error.

By submitting reviews, photos, or forum posts, you grant Atlas One a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to display and distribute your content. You retain ownership of your content. All reviews must reflect genuine personal experiences. Fake reviews, incentivized reviews (unless disclosed), and reviews containing threats, hate speech, or personally identifiable information of others are prohibited and will be removed.

You may not: use automated tools to scrape or harvest data; post false or misleading reviews; impersonate another user or entity; manipulate rankings or voting systems; use the platform for any illegal purpose; attempt to circumvent security measures; resell or commercially exploit platform content; or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service. Violation may result in immediate account termination.

Atlas One provides a platform connecting travelers with service providers and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of third-party services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas One's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for force majeure events, third-party service failures, or indirect or consequential damages. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
